KS: Moran Sinks In US Senate Race

About two months ago, Jerry Moran held a double-digit lead over fellow Congressman Todd Tiahrt in their primary bids to replace Sam Brownback in the US Senate next year. Now Moran’s lead is down to a mere three percent in the latest poll from Survey USA.

US SENATE – KANSAS – GOP PRIMARY (Survey USA)
Jerry Moran 37%
Todd Tiahrt 34%

This poll was done December 4-6among 466 likely voters.

    I would like Tiahrt to win because he is a fine man. I hate to thinl of him catching Senatoritist though.

    I am not a big fan of Moran. Heard he is very personable but any time there is a big controversy, he seems to wait and see where the wind is blowing. Same goes in his office replying to e-mails. Senator Pat Roberts has almost always been out in front of issues with what he believes. Brownback less so. I will have to ask my Uncle on Tiahrt since he lives in his district. However from what I have seen on his bio he seems OK.
