Now these are polls I can like

  2. rdelbov says:

except the PPP poll for CA is trash– I overlooked that trash

  3. addisonst says:

    abc easy as 123

  4. addisonst says:

continuing from before, I still see 100 as a possibility in the house.

At this point winning only 55 would be a disappointment.

  5. rdelbov says:

We may get 100 seats-might not but there will only be one Jim Reeves–he died on 07-31-1964.

WikiLeaks to Dump Three Times As Many Iraq Documents As Afghanistan

The cache of classified U.S. military reports on the Iraq War as yet unreleased by WikiLeaks may be more than three times as large as the set of roughly 76,000 similar reports on the war in Afghanistan made public by the whistle-blower Web site earlier this week, Declassified has learned.
Three sources familiar with the Iraq material in WikiLeaks hands, requesting anonymity to discuss what they described as highly sensitive information, say it’s similar to this week’s Afghanistan material, consisting largely of field reports from U.S. military personnel and classified no higher than the “secret” level. According to one of the sources, the Iraq material portrays U.S. forces being involved in a “bloodbath,” but some of the most disturbing material relates to the abusive treatment of detainees not by Americans but by Iraqi security forces, the source says.

  7. Wes says:

The spread’s a little low on the Burr-Marshall poll, but it acknowledges the overall trend. Good job, guys!

  8. bartman says:

    TURNING POINT:

Obama disapprove higher than approve in RCP average for exactly one week now. Disapprove has now reached the 49% mark. At 50% it will take something catastrophic or miraculous to save his presidency.

  9. bartman says:

    bunu,

Anything about WMD’s or the transportation thereof.

  10. JulStol says:

I’m ashamed to share a first name with the bastard

  11. Daniel G. says:

    Hi guys,

RAS has teased a IL-SEN Poll for tomorrow morning.

Usually those get released by myfoxchicago.

Does anyone live in IL and has someone already the Numbers?

  12. mnw says:

I would like to see the death penalty for anybody who leaks secret information regarding national defense/ the war effort to the journo-lists.

It enraged me when the wittle wiberals at the CIA constantly undermined the nation during the Bush years, & it is just as appalling now.

  13. jason says:

That 49/50 for Obama in VA can’t be right….

  14. JulStol says:

    BREAKING NEWS

District Justice expected to rule on Arizona Immigration law in next few hours

  15. jason says:

“I would like to see the death penalty for anybody who leaks secret information regarding national defense/ the war effort to the journo-lists.”

And posting it here on HHR should be what, ten years hard labor for Bunu? 8)

  16. mnw says:

    IL SEN poll, huh?

When is the last time we got good news from one of THOSE?

  17. mnw says:

Have u leaked classified information designated “secret” here?
If not, then your analogy is full of skit.

  18. bunu says:

All government information should be declassified jason.

  19. jason says:

The CO poll, especially Norton vs. Bennett is pretty encouraging. I was worried there would be fallout from the plagiarism story impacting the Senate race.

  20. addisonst says:

The ras in ill will be interesting. I suspect it will be closer than I’d like but will show no charge for mob banker boy. Kirk has been slapped around but I’m gussing its around 42 all. alexi will be nowhere close to fifty

  21. bunu says:

There are a lot of doubts about whether Bradley Manning even leaked the information.

  22. jason says:

“All government information should be declassified jason.”

That is of course a nutty idea fit for Ron Paul.

Our national security is 100% dependent on secrecy and confidentiality.

  23. Wes says:

Bunu is a jihadist-sympathizing America hater. He really should be executed for treason.

  24. bunu says:

NYTimes held the Bush wiretapping story for over a year before the 2004 election because Bush administration people went to Times headquarters to tell them they were threatening national security. That kind of info could have swung an election. The times people released it after the election perhaps because they were upset with the results of it.

Declassifying information has a huge impact on public opinion.

  25. Wes says:

I’m surprised Dudley is actually leading Kitzhaber in a head-to-head. Kitzhaber was a popular Governor who won easily twice. If he goes down in November, then that will rpobably be symptomatic of Dem losses all across the country.

  26. addisonst says:

I’ve been on the fence for weeks but I will now say it. We are going to win the senate. There is no way that or wa wi and cali will all break against us.

  27. Yolanda says:

I know that the Civil War showed that secession from the Union can’t be tolerated, but if Californians seriously re-elect Madame Boxer in November, can we consider Expulsion?

  28. Wes says:

Of the three, CA is the one I want the most, Ad. Carly is my girl, and I so want to see her in the Senate.

  29. jason says:

    27. I love the smell of optimism at dusk…..

  30. Jason T says:

Kirk has a huge 4 to 1 COH advantage over the Mobster. We just need the poll to be close, and then Kirk will run ADS 24/7 after Labor Day.

He has been running some good ads in the Chicago area

  31. MD says:

I think Kirk will be in the lead even though he has his issues. The Blago fiasco is destroying the D’s in IL. They all seem to be getting caught up in that web.

Who is the pollster on the NC race? Never heard of them.

  32. JulStol says:

    Wes,

Dudley’s been leading in most of the polls of late

  33. Jason T says:

addison checked the Chicago Politico sites for news on a RAS IL poll.

    Seen nothing yet

  34. Wes says:

If Boxer and Loonbeam prevail, Yolanda, I advocate detonating the border of California from Oregon all the way to Mexico so the Golden State detaches from North America and floats off into the Pacific.

  35. jones says:

Bunu is right, I need to know who the mole is in Russia’s Missile Service is.

    etc.

  36. jason says:

My senate wish list is, after Reid, Boxer. Then Obama’s seat. That would be hitting a trifecta for me.

  37. JulStol says:

    jason,

we actually need Obama’s seat more. The winner will serve the few weeks of the lame duck session.

  38. Jason T says:

MD, RAS has been erratic on IL, but the Kirk crap has died down here in Chicago a little bit.

  39. jones says:

I mean Russia’s Rocket Service or whatever the hell they call it.

  40. Wes says:

I know, Jul. It just amazes me given the recent left-wing tilt of the Beaver State and the fact that Kitzhaber left office 7 years ago with sky-high approval ratings.

  41. Benny says:

    Rasmusse
    VA
    Obumbler at 49/50

I dont understand how he can be up there so much and down with 42% in CO!

  42. Jason T says:

right Jul. He along with Castle would be 42 and 43 in a lame duck.

If Kirk did not have huge $$$ I would be worried, but he needs to be not part of the news cycles.

  43. Jason T says:

Benny, black navy voters in VA keep him there

  44. MD says:

    Wes,

From a geographical perspective much of OR is rural. Unfortunately, the couple of pop centers that exist are ultra liberal.

  45. Wes says:

If Whitman and Carly prevail in the Golden State, then the GOP will be competitive there again. That could have a ripple effect in the 2012 presidential race and also mean some form of sanity is going to be restored to our nation’s largest state.

  46. Yolanda says:

    #35–

A good option, but it would just be an island state, a la HI, then.

No, perhaps we can find some court willing to declare that the population of the state fits the definition of legal insanity.

  47. jason says:

What was the wiretapping story exactly Bunu? You are probably aware the authority of the President to conduct such activities has been upheld?

“Surveillance Court Upholds Bush on Warrantless Wiretapping

The New York Times reports that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review — the specialized federal appeals court created by the 1978 FISA statute to rule on questions involving national security surveillance — has reaffirmed that the President of the United States has inherent constitutional authority to monitor international communications without court permission.

The power exists, the court is expected to reaffirm, even when the communications of American citizens are involved.

…..offers legal credence to the Bush administration’s repeated assertions that the president has constitutional authority to act without specific court approval in ordering national security eavesdropping.”

  48. Jason T says:

If Blago is convicted, the IL GOP can use it to nail Quinn and Alexi, along with scum like Halverson and Foster.

They all endorsed Blago in 2006 on camera

  49. JulStol says:

Yeah, no love for Kirk or Castle *ahem, go O’Donnell* but if they’re our nominees, we need them both.

Note despite my distaste for RINOs I NEVER opposed the nomination of Kirk

  50. Wes says:

I know, MD. Republicans can be competitive out there. Gordon Smith would still be in the Senate had the Constitution Party not developed some kind of personal vendetta against him and pulled an Mnw against him twice. Bush barely lost the state in 2000 and lost by a still narrow but somewhat larger margin in 2004. The state legislature only recently shifted into perennial Dem hands. I suspect Oregon would be the easiest of the Pacific Coastal states for the GOP to pick off. We’ll see.

  51. Jason T says:

    AP

Ohio Dems Nervous as Portman has outraised Fisher 9 to 1

  52. MD says:

Ras has the R’s + ten on the generic. I think that is a bit high. I am willing to go with R +6 for the mid. That would be a stunning departure from 08.

Let’s not forget that the generic ballot tightened up quite a bit in 06 during the lasr 2 weeks which gave some R’s hope. Then they proceeded to kick our ass. We could see the same again.

  53. jason says:

    38. I understand we need Obama’s seat. But emotionally, listening to concession speeches by Reid and Boxer would warm my heart to such an extent my brain would be irrelevant.

  54. Wes says:

Anything the US does that damages his jihadist buddies’ ability to hurt, maim, and kill Americans Bunu opposes, Jason.

  55. Brandon says:

Where’s Tommy to tell us that Hughes would have been ahead of Giannoulias right now?

  56. Jason T says:

    50. jul thanks for being honest.

there was no one besides Kirk who could have won this seat.

Roskam is great, but very right wing

Shimkus is awesome but a unknown to Chicagoans.

  57. Wes says:

The Dems were at +8 and +9 respectively in the congressional vote in 2006 and 2008, MD. For the GOP to be at +10 is not out of the question.

  58. Jason T says:

Brandon, hughes would have been written off by the RNC and Croyn already.

  59. Yolanda says:

Gov. Ed Rendell dares question Obama. The question is, why weren’t we informed about his virulent racism before?!

  60. Jason T says:

I hate Feingold and Crist too.

love to Charlie the Traitor lose and leave politics.

  61. MD says:

Whatever it is, a huge shift has occured.

  62. Yolanda says:

At this point, Reid is so senile that, if he loses, I expect him to give a rousing victory speech in front of a VERY uncomfortable-looking audience.

  63. Wes says:

From the previous thread in response to La Zebra’s inquiry:

226.As a matter of fact, I have, LZ. Here’s my list of top-level female Republicans seeking statewide office this year:

    Governor-

    Whitman (CA)
    Brewer (AZ)
    Martinez (NM)
    Fallin (OK)
    Meyer (WY)
    Haley (SC)
    Handel (GA)

    Senate-

    Murkowski (AK)
    Fiorina (CA)
    Norton (CO)
    Ayotte (NH)
    McMahon (CT)
    Angle (NV)

    At Large House-

    Noem (SD)
    Rollins (DE)

Just out of curiosity, Yolanda, what do you think of the gOP’s putting forth so many women with solid chances to win this year?

  64. addisonst says:

Yo yo ma, mexico says we stole california. I say we just give it back. Its either that or hire lex luthor a la supes the movie

  65. jason says:

Yeah, and this one would make a nice campaign ad to… eye to eye….

  66. Jason T says:

Rendell, the scum who allowed the Panthers to take over Philly

  67. Wes says:

Maybe we need to go back further than that, Ad, and give it back to the Spanish, whom the Mexicans took it from. They would actually probably run the place better than the Mexicans. Yes, I just made a completely un-PC statement.

  68. MD says:

This is the same Rendell who does pre and post game shows on Comcast after Eagles games and the week before the election (Obama) came within an inch of violating election laws.

Yea, he is sure one to talk. Having said that, he is right. Obama is trying to gin up the female vote. The internals must be awful on the lady vote.

  69. Jason T says:

    AP

Manchin not allowed to use Campaign $$$ for Senate Race.

joe has to start from scratch against a self funder

  70. bunu says:

…..offers legal credence to the Bush administration’s repeated assertions that the president has constitutional authority to act without specific court approval in ordering national security eavesdropping.”

So the federal judges ruled it’s OK for the Federal government to abuse the Constitution. That doesn’t surprise me.

  71. Wes says:

Call me skeptical, MD, but I don’t see how a metrosexual gins up the female vote by acting like a pussy on an all-female show. I just don’t see it. The way to attract women’s interest is to act like a man. Obama doesn’t know how to do that. Un-PC statement number two.

  72. Wes says:

Good break for Raese, Jason. This could be a sleeper.

  73. JulStol says:

  75. MD says:

    Wes,

They are going to try everything. You guys haven’t seen anything yet. Angle will be depicted as the spawn of Satan within 6 weeks.

We are all going to have to accept that this is going to get ugly to an extent that we have never witnessed before.

Remember the journos conspiring to smear R’s? That times 100.

  76. Jason T says:

Wes, Raese 24/7 ads showing Manchin and Obama?

  77. MD says:

How about supplementing that with ads showing his promise to stay for his full term?

It may be unlikely that the GOP will beat Manchin but it is far from impossible.

  78. Wes says:

Were I Raese, Jason, I’d do that and hit Manchin on the credibility issue using an ad similar to the one I proposed on here recently. I’ve seen video of Manchin and Obama together. If Raese can make West Viriginians associate Obama and Manchin, then victory is possible.

  79. Gary Maxwell says:

Bunu have I told you that you are an idiot yet today? Let me know please.

  80. bunu says:

    Cameron visited Turkey.

(CNN) — British Prime Minister David Cameron called Gaza a “prison camp” on Tuesday, a blunt description from a major Western leader about the besieged Palestinian territory.
Cameron made the remarks in the Turkish capital of Ankara, which he was visiting to forge a new relationship with Turkey and show his support for Turkish membership in the European Union.

  81. Wes says:

Oh, I’m aware, MD. This will be gutter politics at its worst. As John Corzine found out though, when gutter politics is all you have in a toxic environment, it’s not enough.

  82. MD says:

He also lied to the good people of WV.

  83. MD says:

Have I told you lately that your an idiot? Have I told you that there’s no idiot above you?

    Feeling romantic tonight.

  84. Wes says:

My proposal for a Raese ad: Show Manchin promising to finish out his term and run text of his exact words. At the same time, highlight things the Dems have rammed through Congress West Virginians oppose. Then have a female voice say, “Joe Manchin promised to finish his term if we kept him in the Governor’s office. Now the first chance he gets, he’s breaking his promise to West Virginians and asking us to send him to Washington where he can vote for President Obama’s radical agenda. If we can’t trust Joe Manchin to keep his word in West Virginia, how can we trust him in Washington?”

  85. MD says:

    Wes,

Did you send that to the WV GOP? Good campaigns read everything.

  86. Jason T says:

    UK Telegraph

Wikileaks documents say Bin Laden is still alive and directing Taliban suicide Bombings in Afghanistan.

  87. Jason T says:

that is great Wes. I agree with MD, any contacts in WVA you could send that too?

  88. Wes says:

Don’t ask me why, but I just went to Christine O’Donnell’s web page. She has a prominent endorsement from the Tea Party Express on her page. Hey, Christine, given the fact that those are the same clowns who endorsed Walt Minnick, I’m not exactly sure I’d be trumpeting their support.

  89. Jason T says:

Have to run. Good night Brothers and sisters

  90. MD says:

JT – I have no trouble believing that. I thought Obama was going to get him? He promised that to his lover Michael Smerconish.

  91. Wes says:

I haven’t yet, guys. Let me see if Raese has his campaign website up yet. If so, I’ll go ahead ans e-mail it.

  92. Jason T says:

    93. Good deal Wes thanks

  93. JulStol says:

    Wes,

The Tea Party Express also boosted Angle so, it works both ways

  94. MD says:

The Tea Party Express is not the tea party. This is one of the problems with a decentralized movement. On the whole though, the tea party will prove to be incredibly effective in the mids.

There is no Senator Brown without the Tea Parties help.

  95. Wes says:

E-mail sent. I certainly hope the campaign picks up on the ad and runs with it.

  96. MD says:

I still don’t know a thing about the pollster on the NC race. I doubt there are that many undecideds.

  97. jason says:

“So the federal judges ruled it’s OK for the Federal government to abuse the Constitution.”

Bunu, I thought you said you didn’t think we need a constitution?????

    Was that another Bunu?

    Obumbler at 49/50

I dont understand how he can be up there so much and down with 42% in CO!

Benny – There are a LOT of white independents in Colorado. This is where Obama has lost ground. When a state is 1/3, 1/3, 1/3…. Say Obama has 10% Approval among Republicans, 33% Approval among Indies, and 85% approval among Democrats, what do you get? Just about 42%… And 49% strongly disapprove!!! This number has been centering around 50% lately.

  99. Wes says:

I’m not arguing that, MD. The tea parties are just capable of making mistakes as the establishment Republicans though. O’Donnell would be a disaster for Republicans in November, and Minnick is a fraud extraordinaire.

  100. Daniel G. says:

Civitas is a pretty good Pollster.

    Their Polls are run TelOpinionResearch.

  101. Wes says:

I agree, MD. Undecideds usually top out at roughly 1-3% in North Carolina. That said, the fact that Burr is ahead in the race is apparent, so I’m not going to worry too much about a high undecided rate in the poll. It’s certainly far better than Marshall’s internal poll, which had a whopping 23% undecided even with the Libertarian included.

  102. Daniel G. says:

That OK-5 Race tonight is almost certainly going into a Run-Off.

The more interesting Race in OK-1 where Sullivan has to fend off 4 Challengers to avoid going into a Run-Off.

  103. bunu says:

    #99

The constitution does not give the federal courts the sole right to determine what is constitutional.

The Supreme Court gave that to themselves.

  104. jason says:

“Rendell, the scum who allowed the Panthers to take over Philly”

Rendell is an ass, but the damage was done way before his time….

It’s like saying Obama allowed corrupt mafiosi Marxists take over Chicago, a grave injustice, he was merely the product.

  105. jason says:

Bunu, I distinctly remember you saying a Constitution is not needed.

Did you or did you not say that?

  106. Wes says:

At this point, i have to ask the following: Does Christine O’Donnell know the meaning of the word “positive,” or does she think going all negative all the time on Castle–an institution in her state–is seriously a way to attract voters to her cause?

  107. MD says:

How many establishment R’s have failed against Minnick?

  108. Daniel G. says:

    Folks,

KOB.com yesterday released that SUSA Poll showing Barela ahead of Heinrich.

Do you think they polled the Governor Race also?

  109. Wes says:

Actually, Jason, what Bunu said is that any portion of the Constitution that lets the US defend itself against his massmurdering jihadist buddies is not needed. Right, Bunu?

  110. Wes says:

None, MD. Bill Sali was a grassroots upstart funded by CFG who lost to Minnick even as McCain and Risch carried the district overwhelmingly.

  111. bunu says:

    #107

For the government to operate? Of course the Constitution is preferable if you’re going to have a government. Otherwise there would be no rules at all not that it follows the rules anyway.

  112. ac1 says:

It looks like all 41 of the R Senators held together to block the Disclose Act today. Even Olympia Snow. Even Scott Brown.

  113. Wes says:

The establishment GOP never cottoned to Sali, and his antics in Congress even alienated the grassroots people, thus making him the first Republican since 1992 to lose a congressional election in Idaho. He tried to runa gain but withdrew when he belatedly realized no one gave a good goddamn about hearing any more of his mouth.

  114. Wes says:

We seriously needed Coakley to beat Brown though, Ac, just so a pure Marxist would be up there to ensure the Dems got their bill passed though. Right, Jul and MD?

  115. bunu says:

Jefferson disagreed with Marshall’s reasoning in this case, saying that if this view of judicial power became accepted, it would be “placing us under the despotism of an oligarchy.”

  116. jason says:

I refuse to worry about Burr. In this climate if ANY Southern Republicans lose it’s not going to be a good night for the GOP.

In Burr’s case his opponent is a flaming moonbat closely tied to Obama. If she can win in NC we are screwed.

    It’s like worrying about meteorites…

However, remember Inez Tenenbaum, who the MSM played up as a real contender, and who ended up losing by 8 to DeMint?

  117. Wes says:

Well, we disagree with you on your desire to have militant Arabs take over the world, Bunu, so I guess that makes us even.

  118. jason says:

As usual Bunu refuses to answer a direct question.

Bunu has repeatedly said the Constitution is not needed.

Yes he is upset because supposedly it was “violated”.

You can’t have it both ways.

  119. Wes says:

I remember Inez Tenenbaum, Jason. She attacked DeMint as a Bush puppet. That was a dubious campaign strategy in a state where Kerry was obliterated despite John Edwards’ presence on the ticket.

  120. ac1 says:

Yes on the Disclose Act vote winning the MA senate race was the difference.

  121. marc says:

speaking of Inez Tenenbaum she now works in the Obama administration as head of the Consumer Product Safety Commission

  122. Daniel G. says:

    Where are the Polls for

    OH-2 (Driehaus)

    OH-15 (Kilroy)

    and NM-GOV

Survey USA should get their heads together and poll these Races.

  123. jason says:

    I stand corrected.

The part of the Constitution that praises Ron Paul is ok with Bunu. ds

I am glad we got that squared away.

  124. theoneandonlyfinn says:

I think watching Boxer CRY on national television would be worth NOT winning back the Senate.
Mind you if she goes, Reid,Gianolias, Bennet,Murray and Toomey will probably have all won on top of IN/AR/ND/DE so it would mean flipping the Senate

  125. Daniel G. says:

    Finn,

Definitly worth staying up late on Election Day.

  126. Wes says:

Don’t you mean Reid, G-Man, Bennet, and Murray would have LOST, Finn?

  127. bunu says:

Jefferson writes about Marbury v Madison.

The constitution, on this hypothesis, is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the judiciary, which they may twist, and shape into any form they please. It should be remembered, as an axiom of eternal truth in politics, that whatever power in any government is independent, is absolute also; in theory only, at first, while the spirit of the people is up, but in practice, as fast as that relaxes. Independence can be trusted nowhere but with the people in mass. They are inherently independent of all but moral law. My construction of the constitution is very different from that you quote. It is that each department is truly independent of the others, and has an equal right to decide for itself what is the meaning of the constitution in the cases submitted to its action; and especially, where it is to act ultimately and without appeal. I will explain myself by examples, which, having occurred while I was in office, are better known to me, and the principles which governed them.

  128. MD says:

    Wes,

I said a 1000 times that I would vote for the Rinos. That is better than Dopey Dio and his merry band of elfs. All they have done is rip Angle and repeat NSNBC talking points.

We have to be flexible but rions don’t.

  129. Tommy_Boy says:

#125 SurveyUSA already did NM-Gov and showed Martinez tied with Dinesh.

  130. Daniel G. says:

If the Networks have the CA-SEN as to close to call at 11pm ET Poll Closing we’re in pretty good shape.

Of the 3 (CA, WI, WA) Murray is the most likely to lose. That’s just my guess today.

  131. Tina says:

    Hey gang,

I did not follow the CO Senate race too closely. It appears that Norton represents the R establishment wing. This is not good. She will lose.

  132. Daniel G. says:

    132,

    Link?

I know they did one shortly before the Primary.

  133. Tina says:

The Rinos, plants, establishment Rs, have convinced me that Angle is the Wrong Candidate and her campaign sucks.

    NOT!!!!!!!!!!

  134. MD says:

    Tina,

We have to show the faux conservative respect and tolerance. In response, it OK for them to piss all over us.

  135. Wes says:

I disagree, Tina. Buck is the one suffering from foot-in-mouth disease right now while Norton is being very disciplined. I’d say Norton is the more likely of the two to be able to win the seat back while Buck can’t seem to get out of his own way.

  136. Tommy_Boy says:

Conway’s internals from a month ago show only a tie with Rand Paul. Rand probably has at least a seven-point lead if we follow the pattern with internal polls this cycle.

I’m starting to feel pretty safe about this one.

  137. Wes says:

As far as Angle goes, she may not be the best candidate, but she is THE candidate. The GOP needs to rally behind her to take Dingy Harry down.

  138. Daniel G. says:

After releasing NM-1 pretty good chance we’ll a NM-GOV Poll soon from SUSA I’d say.

  139. Tina says:

    http://newsbusters.org/blogs/tim-graham/2010/07/27/surprised-kathleen-parker-puckers-liberals-journolist-expose

They call Parker the female version of pseudo con Scarfarce.

Wes, I vote to decapitate the Drat leadership and take down Rinos.

  140. Tina says:

Rand probably has a 10 to 12 pt lead.

  141. MD says:

I met to say faux conservatives because I did not want to single anyone out.

Wes, I was NOT referring to you.

  142. MD says:

Well, O’Donnell is 30 points down. Going negative is her only option.

  143. Wes says:

How do you define RINOs, Tina? I would consider Rick Santorum to be a RINO, for instance, because he actively tried to establish the precedent during the Terri Schiavo Debacle that Washington should be the final arbiter of peoples’ healthcare. On the other hand, UberRino John Chafee voted for all of Reagan’s agenda and went off the reservation only when his vote was not needed despite representing a solidly Dem state. Thus, what exactly is a RINO?

  144. MD says:

For the record, I am actually good friends with O’Donnell’s cousin. I have never met her.

  145. Wes says:

I know you weren’t singling me out, MD. I never thought you were.

  146. Daniel G. says:

    MD,

Has there be an Independent Survey out of the DE-SEN GOP Primary?

I’m not aware of so how can you say she’s down 30 Points?

  147. Tina says:

Wes, I have defined Rino numerous times here and have given examples, perhaps, you remember Maldonado – Lt. Governor.

  148. MD says:

There has been a couple Daniel but not for a while. Perhaps my memory is faulty and she is not down by 30.

  149. Tina says:

Replacing Drats with Rinos- will do nothing to advance conservatism. We will get Amnesty, TARP, government spending, crap and tax, etc.

  150. Wes says:

You missed my point, Tina–which admittedly I didn’t clarify. My point is that one can define RINO in different ways. Chafee the Elder and Santorum were completely different in terms of their personal iedologies, yet I count both as RINOs for various reason.

  151. MD says:

    Now I have heard everything.

Wes – you always go to the Santorum well. Did it ever get old to you?

  152. marc says:

Tina sounds like a Democrat pretending to be a Republican. Got back to DailyKos troll..

  153. Tina says:

You are free to have your own defintion and define it the way you feel, Wes. I will not say your reasons are wrong or right, and respect your right to your opinion.

  154. Wes says:

    Should it, MD?

  155. Tina says:

#157 – that is laughable in every manner.

Go find some anti Angle news at the bath house.

  156. MD says:

    Look whose talking, Admiral eyeore.

You aren’t worth the puss on the pimple of Tina’s ass you lightweight.

  157. Wes says:

That was really unnecessary, Marc. Tina is a loyal conservative and has contributed much to this site over the past several years.

  158. Brandon says:

    Polls have closed in Oklahoma.

  159. marc says:

The fact that you came on here seeking confrontation reeks of trolling. You Tina are a troll and its very clear by the things you say that is the case.

  160. Tina says:

I just have a set of conservative economic principles. I am not a D or an R, and anybody here for a long time knows that.

Rather, I am an independent conservative.`

  161. MD says:

    Wes,

Yes – time to come up with something new.

  162. Tina says:

    HAHAHA – get help.

  163. Tina says:

I am for shutting down the Departments of No Education and Energy, and the Arts. I also want our representatives to pay for extending unemployment benefits – unlike you.

  164. MD says:

Bring up Angle Tina. Watch the eyeore go nuts.

  165. Tina says:

While I can not say that I was the first one here, I was probably one of the first ones here to go against TARP and predicted that it would do nothing for the economy, as have subsequent bailouts.

  166. MD says:

Exactly Tina. You remember his diatribe last week.

Hey eyeore, isn’t Olby on now? Time for you to get some new talking points on Angle.

  167. marc says:

    I give you exhibit A:

    Hey gang,

I did not follow the CO Senate race too closely. It appears that Norton represents the R establishment wing. This is not good. She will lose.

    Comment by Tina — July 27, 2010 @ 7:44 pm

This statement after a poll shows Norton beating both Bennett and Romanov.

    Exhibit B:

    #

The Rinos, plants, establishment Rs, have convinced me that Angle is the Wrong Candidate and her campaign sucks.

    NOT!!!!!!!!!!

    Comment by Tina — July 27, 2010 @ 7:45 pm

This statement just reeks troll and is intentional confrontational on every level.

    Exbibit C:

    http://newsbusters.org/blogs/tim-graham/2010/07/27/surprised-kathleen-parker-puckers-liberals-journolist-expose

They call Parker the female version of pseudo con Scarfarce.

Wes, I vote to decapitate the Drat leadership and take down Rinos.

    Comment by Tina — July 27, 2010 @ 7:52 pm

Your interest seems to be hunting Republicans instead of Democrats such makes you suspect in my book.

    Exhibit D:

Replacing Drats with Rinos- will do nothing to advance conservatism. We will get Amnesty, TARP, government spending, crap and tax, etc.

    Comment by Tina — July 27, 2010 @ 7:59 pm

Of course b/c you would rather keep the “Drats” then have a majority.

  168. JulStol says:

    Wes,

Brown is better than just about anything else we’d get out of Mass. Yeah, he’s fine with me.

  169. bunu says:

Who care about Angle. What I care about is that Sue Lowden will never be a senator.

  170. Brandon says:

What I care about is that Ron Paul will never be president.

  171. Tina says:

I said that she will lose against Buck, never said that she will lose to the Drat. So, you made mistake #1.

  172. Polaris says:

#176 That’s not a problem. Just give people like bunu all the air-time they can handle and Ron Paul will never be Potus, guaranteed. The GOP needs to worry about how much damage he’d do in to their brand while this happened though.

    -Polaris

  173. marc says:

MD im sure your a very well meaning guy but I swear sometimes you can’t see pass your own nose.

You really are under the delusion that a Jim DeMint type of conservative can win everywhere.

Get your head out of the sand buddy and into reality.

In several state you either get a Moderate Republican or a Liberal lefty Democrat ok, so pick your poison.

  174. MD says:

I absolutley do not want an anti-semite holding the powerful position on earth.

Whoops! We already have one at the time. Maybe Obama will drop Biden and add Paul to his ticket.

  175. Tina says:

As far as 2 and 3, I stand by them 100 percent.

You have not convinced me that Angle will lose despite your daily anti-Angle comments. You only prove that you are a confrontational troll.

  176. MD says:

    Marc,

That is patently false and proves that you can’t read. You are clearly not a bright person so I won’t try to explain this for the 1000th time. With you, it wouldn’t stick.

  177. marc says:

I actual have something good to say about Mrs Angle today. So far for the last couple of days she’s kept her head down and hasn’t said anything out of hand if she can continue this I see her making a rebound like Rand Paul who we all agree has corrected his ship.

  178. MD says:

A backhanded compliment from the eyore rino.

Angle is a strong comservative. You would prefer a RINO in every state.

  179. MD says:

Strange how the eyeore rino never seems to mention the numerous Reid gaffes.

    I smell a plant.

  180. Wes says:

I there some reason everyone is fighting tonight? Can’t we all just get along?

  181. addisonst says:

Marc, newsflash, paul never had to right the ship. And reid is buried. Angle can say wahtever she wants. Its over
