I saw an interview with Sanford last night with Chris Todd.

Todd was trying to get Sanford to say he wouldn’t vote for Trump if Trump was nominated but Sanford wasn’t having it.

Finally Sanford said look I will vote for the person closest to my beliefs.

So Todd said well that eliminates Warren but maybe not Biden?

      Sanford just stared at him.

Here is a link to an articles about Afghanistan by a veteran intelligence officer, Charles Faddis. It was just republished in several military newspapers today. Its conclusion:

“In perhaps the most brilliant military campaign since the Second World War, we crushed the Taliban, took Kabul and became masters of the country. There remained only one thing to do, install a friendly government, make sure it understood the consequences of continuing to support terrorist attacks on our nation and go home.”

    28. SanDiegoCitizen says:

I actually know Peter Navarro. He is a lot like Trump; stubborn, brash and abrasive. He is also brilliant. He also knows how to keep a secret, which may be why Trump appreciates him:

“I’ve got two rules when it comes to these negotiations,” Navarro said. “The first is the White House has a rule that we negotiate behind closed doors, nothing leaks to the press. The second rule is the Navarro rule which is to say that if you hear anything about these negotiations from unnamed government sources, it’s probably fake news, so I’ve got nothing to say about what’s going to happen. I got nothing to speculate on.”

Nevertheless, there is a report China and the U.S. are near agreement: “He’s got a secret, 150-page agreement with the Chinese.” Michael Pillsbury, American Director of the Center on Chinese Strategy, Hudson Institute. . . “China has not leaked that agreement,” Pillsbury told FOX Business’ Elizabeth MacDonald during “The Evening Edit.” “Neither have we.”

Breckynn Willis, a state champion swimmer for Dimond High School in Anchorage, Alaska, was disqualified during an event last Friday after an official determined that her swimsuit was too revealing.

Willis’s story immediately sparked outrage in the community, including from Lauren Langford, a local swim coach who called the incident an “inexcusable” case of sexism, racism and body shaming.

“All of these girls are all wearing suits that are cut the same way,” Langford said in a now-viral blog post written after the meet. “And the only girl who gets disqualified is a mixed-race girl with rounder, curvier features.”

WASHINGTON– Hillary Clinton, former secretary of State and the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, spent time Tuesday leafing through her emails that were on display at an art exhibit in Italy.

Clinton, whose 2016 campaign was shadowed by lingering questions after an FBI investigation into her use of a private email server while leading the State Department, sat at a replica of the Oval Office Resolute Desk and thumbed through thousands of emails during a visit to an art exhibit in Venice titled “HILLARY: The Hillary Clinton Emails.”

67 There are two Donald Trump when it comes to politics. The first is the Trump that is thin skinned and tweets without thinking of the consequences. This Trump makes stupid mistakes. The other Trump thinks through this stuff and often goes against the grain of conventional thinking. Time has shown me when in this mode he is a very keen analysis of mood of the country, particularly of his base. This vaping decision was not a thin skinned response. Far from being stupid he might just be way out in front concerning this issue.

“I don’t think there is any evidence of that and you know, I really don’t think that that’s a good conversation to have. I think that really does devalue the people in Wisconsin and Michigan and others who decided to vote for President Trump. Whether you like this President or not, whether you believe that he should have been President or not, let’s give the credit to the Americans who went out and voted for somebody who they thought would bring change. And the question is, are we going to be responsive to some of the messages that were out there and do you hear me now? Red lining, banks, making sure we are in a position where — look, you talk about education. I propose that what we take is those very poor schools, the Title I schools, triple the amount of money we spend from $15 to $45 billion a year. Give every single teacher a raise to the equal raise of, getting out—the $60,000 level. Number two, make sure that we bring in to help the teachers deal with the problems that come from home. The problems that come from home, we need — we have one school psychologist for every 1,500 kids in America today. It’s crazy. The teachers are — I’m married to a teacher, my deceased wife is a teacher. They have every problem coming to them. We have to make sure that every single child does, in fact, have 3, 4 and 5-year-olds go to school. School. Not day care, school. We bring social workers in to homes and parents, to help them deal with how to raise their children. It’s not that they don’t want to help, they don’t know quite what to do. Play the radio, make sure the television — excuse me, make sure you have the record player on at night, the phone — make sure that kids hear words, a kid coming from a very poor school — a very poor background will hear 4 million words fewer spoken by the time they get there. There’s so much –“
Moderator: “Thank you, Mr. Vice president. “
Biden: “No, I’m going to go like the rest of them do, twice over. Okay? Because here’s the deal. The deal is that we’ve got this a little backwards. And by the way, in Venezuela, we should be allowing people to come here from Venezuela. I know Maduro. I’ve confronted Maduro. Number two, you talk about the need to do something in Latin America. I’m the guy that came up with $740 million, to see to it those three countries, in fact, changed their system so people don’t have a chance to leave. You’re all acting like we just discovered this yesterday. Thank you very much.”

The Shanghai Composite is down around 30% in the last 12 months. Only Turkey is doing worse.

The stock market is a terrible way to measure China growth. Investors know it. So they look to the economic data. Industrial production is still positive but in decline. Quarterly GDP growth is in decline. On Monday, China released weak exports data for the month of December.

Of course, every China bear out there believes the true GDP figure is closer to 2%. Last week’s latest update of China’s inflation showed a drop in prices across the board, not just in oil. Demand is in decline. This is an economy hitting the pause button.

The soybean purchases, which at more than 600,000 tonnes were the largest by Chinese private importers in more than a year, are slated for shipment from U.S. Pacific Northwest export terminals from October to December, two traders with knowledge of the deals said.”

    159. jason says:

The problem with that idiotic theory is that a bad Chinese economy is not good for anyone, because in a globalized economy, which is what we have whether Trump likes it or not, all it means is that the global economy is weakening. Actually I don’t think Biden did that bad in the debate. His first hour was excellent, and that is when the most people are watching. Voters are aware of his gaffes, but seem to accept them. I think he will remain the frontrunner, if for no other reason the lack of alternatives.

Thought Sanders was awful. His raspy voice did not help, and he came across as irrelevant. Warren did alright, but did not stand out.

Though Klobucher was excellent. If she can do well in Iowa, she might have a chance of gaining traction. Castro and Booker were both articulate, but Castro’s attack on Biden backfired badly. Beto and Yang came across as loons. Harris is running for VP now.

    216. NYCmike says:

      You have it backwards, kiddo.

Unfortunately, politics is a dirty game.

Republicans do NOT want to take away freedoms from their citizens. In fact, we seek to give people more liberty to decide how to live their lives, as long as they don’t infringe on other’s freedoms.

You, on the other hand, support the political party which wants to expand the powers of the state at every chance possible.

This woman, who showed where the power of the unchecked state can lead to, may have used some harsh imagery, but she will push policies that limit the powers granted to the state.

    224. NYCmike says:

“Is this why you oppose gay marriage, Mikey?”

-In reality, I opposed the state being the one who gave out marriage licenses. I didn’t think I should have to get a license to marry my wife, as I was participating in a religious sacrament, which is what I consider a marriage.

If the state got out of the marriage business, then I would not have had a say in 2 men and/or women forming a “civil union”.

Also, in terms of the state formerly defining marriage as between a man and a woman, a heterosexual man was treated no differently than a homosexual man. Same for a woman. ALL citizens were restricted to marry someone of the opposite gender.

Frankly Beto’s actions in driving drunk, causing an accident, and trying to flee the accident site are a lot more of a threat than the average AR-15 owner.

“Although the arrest has been public knowledge, police reports of the September 1998 incident – when the Democratic Senate candidate had just turned 26 – show that it was a more serious threat to public safety than has previously been reported.

State and local police reports obtained by the Chronicle and Express-News show that O’Rourke was driving drunk at what a witness called “a high rate of speed” in a 75 mph zone on Interstate 10 about a mile from the New Mexico border. He lost control and hit a truck, sending his car careening across the center median into oncoming lanes. The witness, who stopped at the scene, later told police that O’Rourke had tried to drive away from the scene.”

Went with Walt to a meeting of the business group he is chairman of.

Guest Speaker was WV SOS Mac Warner. Bright guy.

He is nationally known among SOSs for his work in internet security as relates to state and county websites, election integrity, cyber security, etc.

He says that the Russians are putting up 28,000 posts with fake info in social media in the U.S. EVERY HOUR.

They get access to your computer when you click on their fake “story”–“help contribute to A,B C cause”; stories about Pelosi, Trump, Hillary, etc.; and other fake stories…
He said that the Russians efforts to impact the 2016 election were not successful in accessing any election machines in any state, changing any vote cast of any single person. They WERE successful in ACCESSING the voter registration rolls in the state of Iowa in 2016, but did no damage. Election machines are not connected to the internet, but voter registration lists are.
It was discovered (after the 2016 election) that the Russians sent 25 military agents into the U.S. (posing as students, etc.) to be legally present in the U.S. who then began fake story mills within the borders of the U.S.

The purpose of what they post is to drive the far right even farther right and far left even further left and pit Americans against one another, sow discord and distrust in the minds of Americans about the police, U.S. government, court system etc. and create trouble in the streets. They even put up things on social media that were announcing a rally for people FAVORING X,Y, or X in such and such city on a certain day and time, and also put up stories announcing rally for people OPPOSED to X, Y, or Z at same city on same date to bring the trouble you would expect when two diametrically opposed groups meet at same time and same place.

RE elections, the fear is that the Rooshins could take a state’s voter registration list and monkey with them to cause trouble, such as if they moved everyone’s address down one line and then the people working the polls would say the voter’s address does not match the file and they would have to vote provisional and cause mayhem with boo-coos of provisional ballots…steps have been taken to prevent that…

He says the cyber security issue is a race with no finish line as the efforts by the Rooshins, CHICOMS and NORKS continue unabated and we must strive to stay one step ahead of them.

He said the bad guys access people’s computers when they put up some fake story that people click on and can access all your data fairly quickly.

Unless you immediately unplug your computer, the CHICOMS can access all your data in 4 hours, the NORKS in 3 hours and the Rooshins 1n 19 minutes. Then they set up a fake account in your name and start sending out things via social media that look like they came from you.

Windows 7 is particularly vulnerable. Windows 10 much better.
I opined that a huge % of Americans today erroneously believe that the Russians changed peoples’ votes after they cast them in 2016 and changes vote totals.

Warner said that research indicates that 60% of people who see a false news story that has later been refuted and shown to be fake still believe the fake story.

If you’re thinking of following Carl Icahn from high-tax New York to sunny Miami, you’ll need to do more than just change your driver’s license to make it official.

The billionaire investor has told his staff that he will close the Manhattan office of Icahn Enterprises in March 2020, according to The New York Post. He will open a new office near Miami, where he’s had a residence, in April 2020, the Post reported.

Aside from enjoying mild winters in Florida, Icahn will likely nab significant savings on income taxes by packing up for the Sunshine State.

The top New York State income tax rate is 8.82%. Residents of New York City are also subject to a top rate of 3.8% on income.

Florida, on the other hand, doesn’t tax personal income.

Making the move is even more appealing now that there’s a $10,000 cap on the state and local tax deduction.

State tax auditors are aware of the appeal of income-tax free havens, and they’re not likely to let you leave without a fight.

“The best way to do it is to give up all ties to New York and sell your home, so there is no possible question that you’ve moved,” said Bruce D. Steiner, an attorney at Kleinberg Kaplan in New York City.

    313. lisab says:

not true. many assault rifles used by the military do not have full auto, including some m16s and m4s which are classic assault weapons.

a more accurate distinction for an assault weapon is the ammunition it uses. less than a full rifle, which is far more deadly at a longer range than an assault weapon, yet more powerful than a pistol or submachine gun.

many people suggest the ar-15 is the best self-defence weapon made. not powerful enough to go through the walls of your house, and through your neighbor’s house as a regular rifle would, yet easily out performing a handgun.

    321. Wes says:

Collins is a popular pol in a state with at least one CD trending her party’s direction. Dems would need a major coup to unseat her. It’s not impossible, but it will take some work.

    322. jason says:

not true. many assault rifles used by the military do not have full auto, including some m16s and m4s which are classic assault weapons.”

Incorrect. An assault rifle is a rifle capable of full automatic.

“Asault rifle” as opposed to “assault weapon” is an actual term. David Kopel defines the term in the Journal of Contemporary Law:

“As the United States Defense Department’s Defense Intelligence Agency book Small Arms Identification and Operation Guide explains, “assault rifles” are “short, compact, selective-fire weapons that fire a cartridge intermediate in power between submachine gun and rifle cartridges.” In other words, assault rifles are battlefield rifles which can fire automatically. …

Many civilians have purchased semiautomatic-only rifles that look like military assault rifles. These civilian rifles are, unlike actual assault rifles, incapable of automatic fire.”

“Because a civilian-use AR-15 is semi-automatic rather than fully-automatic, it’s not an assault rifle. A semi-automatic weapon fires one bullet per trigger pull, whereas a military assault rifle can fire continuously with one pull of the trigger.”

    323. jason says:

And of course you can select automatic mode on an M16…. I carried one. Yeah, I know, some models have a 3 round burst.

You can’t make this sh-t up.

    327. lisab says:

“As the United States Defense Department’s Defense Intelligence Agency book Small Arms Identification and Operation Guide explains, “assault rifles” are “short, compact, selective-fire weapons that fire a cartridge intermediate in power between submachine gun and rifle cartridges.” In other words, assault rifles are battlefield rifles which can fire automatically. …

from your own definition, they fire an “intermediate cartridge” as i explained in my post above

but … that does NOT mean they have automatic fire, although of course an assault rifle may have a setting for automatic fire, it often will not.

notably the m16a2 and m4 carbine are not fully automatic, they do use intermediate rounds and have selective fire, buth do not have automatic fire.

while the m16a1, m16a3, m16a4 and m4a1 carbine, essentially the same weapons, can fire automatic

the reason is that at various times the usa has gone back and forth on the value of automatic weapons.

    328. lisab says:

And of course you can select automatic mode on an M16

not on an m16a2, which is what the marines carried

You know the attorneys that were let go or resigned from the Fib?

    334. Tina says:

Resigned from the fib for coup plotting purposes?

    335. jason says:

I consider a 3 round burst as automatic fire since it fires more than one round with one pull of the trigger.

      So does the military.

“Both continuous fully automatic fire and “burst fire” (i.e., firearms with a 3-round burst feature) are considered machine gun features”

    336. Tina says:

Here is the editorial correction to,the muh Kavanaugh story.

    337. lisab says:

it needs to be said that the m16a2 and the m4 carbine

the assault rifles used by the marines and army

      do not fire automatically

and were designed not to do so

    338. lisab says:

on a side note, automatic firing also is NOT a requirement of a battle rifle

the FN FAL was the battle rifle used by BOTH sides in the falklands war

the argentinians had fully auto verions of the battle rifle

      the british did not

however it was largely the same rifle.

    339. jason says:

The category is called Select-Fire, it encompasses any firearm that has a selector which will flip it from semi-automatic to either burst fire (which is the category you were looking for) or fully-automatic.

This is a requisite for a medium-caliber carbine to be classed as an assault rifle, lacking fire selection (safe and semi-auto only for example) removes it from the assault rifle class.”

So if it is only semi-auto, it REMOVES IT FROM THE ASSAULT RIFLE CLASS.

By definition, therefore, an assault rifle is a rifle with burst or fully automatic capability.

    340. jason says:

They can be the same rifle, with different capabilities.

However, what I am talking about is whether a semi-automatic rifle qualifies as an “assault rifle”.

      It doesn’t.

    341. jason says:

“Semi-automatic-only rifles like the Colt AR-15 are not assault rifles; they do not have select-fire capabilities. Semi-automatic-only rifles with fixed magazines like the SKS are not assault rifles; they do not have detachable box magazines and are not capable of automatic fire.”

    342. Bitterlaw says:

WTF. Lisab is going to argue with a veteran who carried the M16 about it?

    343. jason says:

“Football is a game of inches” was certainly the case in the Eagles game.

That last play was maybe 4 inches short of being a first down.

    344. jason says:

I am not sure what lisab’s point is, so we might not be arguing at all.

My point is only that if a rifle does not have a selective fire capability, it’s not an assault rifle. So none of the semi automatic rifles currently in the market are not, as the MSM and the Dems wrongly assert, an “assault rifle” (by definition) and certainly not an “assault weapon” (no such thing).

So even if the Army had such a rifle, it still would not be classified as an assault rifle.

    345. lisab says:

whether a semi-automatic rifle qualifies as an “assault rifle”.

to us, just being semi-automatic would not be an assault weapon

but to many dems it is, they really do confuse automatic and semi-automatic

actually any gun not used by the government is considered an assault weapon by many dems

    346. lisab says:

My point is only that if a rifle does not have a selective fire capability,

      AND an intermediate round.

the people who would take away an AR-15 from me for home defense would — at least in theory allow me to have m1 or m1a (non-assault weapons)

i can’t shoot either at least not accurately. i’d probably fall down, and the bullet would probably go through three walls and kill my daughters or my neighbor or something

alternatively they would allow me to have a .45, again i could not shoot it accurately and the bullet would probably go through 3 walls and kill my neighbor

an AR-15 actually is something that gives a small person like me an advantage against a thug with a glock

but i can fire it accurately and it won’t penetrate 3 walls and kill loved ones.

    347. Bitterlaw says:

He needed to be 8 1/2 yards downfield on 4th and 8. Game was lost twice. 4th and 3 blitz leaving Jones uncovered AND Eagles receiver dropping ball running down the sideline. Of course. the Eagles were down to their 4th-6th receiving options but injuries are part of the game.

    348. lisab says:

      it is important

because ar-15s are the EXACT rifle you would want homeowners to have if there is any logic to government regulations

you cannot easily hide them while walking down the street, like a handgun

unlike a shotgun they are easy for women to use

and they have a limited range and low wall penetration ability

    349. jason says:

Right, it’s never about one play.

The Eagles got themselves in a position that they had to make 4th and 8 with 30 seconds to go to even have a chance to win the game, so it’s hard to say they lost because of that play.

The Broncos lost because they allowed the Bears to convert on 4th and 15 with like 9 seconds to go in the game. But again, they shouldn’t have been in that position so that one play is not the only one to blame.

    350. jason says:

The term “assault weapon” irritates me because I know there is no such thing.

And an AR-15 is not an assault rifle, the correct term for a military rifle with automatic capability.

Right, hate to agree with NYC, but I think that 2 pt play Wentz tried was stupid, not only because it didn’t work. Risking your QB for a 2 pt play that was pretty much meaningless considering there is an entire season ahead of you is asinine. Diving for the end zone when the defense pretty much only has behemoths on the line is risky, all it takes is for one of the 350 pounders to fall on your head, back or legs and the season is over.

Buttigieg said, “Look, right now we have an amazing moment on our hands. We have agreement among the American people not just for universal backgrounds checks, but we have a majority in favor of red-flag laws, high-capacity magazines, banning the new sale of assault weapons. Biden says that, instead of hanging out all summer, he decided to take a job working as a lifeguard at a black pool.

So, that summer, Biden was the only white lifeguard at Prices Run swimming pool in Brown-Burton Winchester Park. He says he did it—y’all, I SWEAR this is true—”in hopes of learning more about the black community.”

He kicked the (gang leader) Corn Pop out of the pool, everybody was like:

They told Biden that Corn Pop carried a straight razor and was gonna be waiting for him when he got off work. Now you and I both know that, if this was true, Biden would’ve just called the cops to walk him to the car.

      And guess what happened?

Just like that, my n-word CP put down the straight razor and he and Biden became friends. From that day own, Biden was untouchable in the black community because Corn Pop vouched for him

      Again, STOP LAUGHING!

Now I don’t know how it works where you live, but in my hood, you don’t actually get a laminated street credential card from the neighborhood thug council but, then again, I’ve never been on the mean streets of Wilmington.

But this is not about Biden.

This is a celebration of the life of a straight razor-carrying certified street thug who I’d bet my pinky toe never existed. But if you ask Biden, I bet he’d say Corn Pop has passed on.

Thankfully we are no longer dependent on imported energy. This is huge.

    485. Wes says:

Of course these Dems lack the political skills of either Obama or Clinton. They’re more likely to be the next Jimmy Carter than the next Bill Clinton.

(FYI Clinton and Obama won re-election but were unable to reverse substantively the results of 1994 and 2010 despite their victories. Republicans won’t be able to reverse the results of 2022 if Trump wins. The makeup of the Class 3 seats won’t be enough to stave off an electoral cataclysm unlike the makeup of the Class 1 seats.)

    486. lisab says:

In 2006, years before Christine Blasey Ford publicly accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of attempting to rape her when they were both in high school, the Yale Law Journal published a provocative paper.

The paper, “How To Remove a Federal Judge” by law professors Saikrishna Prakash and Steven D. Smith, lays out a road map for, well, how to remove a federal judge without resorting to the impeachment power. It argues that a provision of the Constitution stating that federal judges and justices “shall hold their offices during good behaviour” is widely misunderstood.

Contrary to the “virtually unquestioned assumption among constitutional law cognoscenti that impeachment is the only means of removing a federal judge,” Prakash and Smith argue that the term “good behavior” is a legal term of art that would have been understood by the founding generation to allow judges to be removed by “judicial process.”

    487. Wes says:

I’m voting for Trump, but honestly unlike the electoral gamesmen on here I don’t see how a President as perennially unpopular as he either wins next year or fails to see a Republican replace him given his consistent low polling.

That’s always been my criticism of him. He’s too abrasive and egotistical to persuade large swaths of previously noncommittal voters to his cause and is therefore the most likely President to lose since 1992.

For the record, Clinton, GWB, and Obama were all above water at this point it in their first terms. Trump hasn’t that luxury.

Give Trump the WH in 2020 and I will forfeit 2024.

If Trump is elected in 2020 he will shape SCOTUS for the next 20 years, at least. He will swing the entire federal bench to conservative.

He will go a long way in clearing out the the federal bureaucracy of Marxists and Clinton/Obama era incompetents.

He will have achieved energy independence, a rebuilt military, and at least some measure of border security. He will save billions if not trillions in spending down the climate change rathole.

He might even have convinced a large number of AAs and Hispanics that economic opportunity trumps handouts.

This election is more important than 2024 in my view.

I hear Netanyahu did not get a very large amount of the Black vote.

“With 25.7 percent of votes counted, Likud is leading with 28.4% to Blue and White’s 25.4%.

If it keeps that lead it could bring about a very different result to that which was predicted in exit polls.

But of course, there are many more votes to count.”

Dems Invoke Tried And True Strategy Of Obnoxiously Screaming About Kavanaugh

WASHINGTON, D.C.—As they enter into the high-stakes 2020 race, Democrats are growing concerned that they don’t have a solid strategy for taking on Donald Trump. But now, the universe has given them an answer in the form of new baseless Kavanaugh accusations published by the New York Times.

Democrats began tripping over themselves to rally their base using the proven, effective strategy of obnoxiously screaming about the Supreme Court justice.

“Remember how well this all worked out for us last time?” said Kamala Harris excitedly as a coalition of Democratic leaders got together for a strategic session. “It is time for us to turn the obnoxiousness up to 11. The American people really went head over heels for us last time. Booker, I want you to give one of your big, epic speeches. Those always speak right to the heart of middle America.”

    506. Wes says:

DB, I hate to tell you, but Obama’s first term—which I was referring to—was 2009 to 2013. Where he was in September 2015 is utterly irrelevant to the discussion.

    507. Wes says:

This is what I typed ,DB:

For the record, Clinton, GWB, and Obama were all above water at this point it in their first terms. Trump hasn’t that luxury.

Since Obama couldn’t seek re-election after winning a second term, where his approval was in 2015 is utterly irrelevant. That’s why I specifically cited his approval in his first term.

    508. dblaikie says:

Wes, in 2011, which was more than year out Obama’s approval was 46.5 his disapproval was 47.9. He was underwater by 1.4%. Today Trump’s RCP is at 44 and when the ABC News poll is dropped off, depending on what will replace it, he will be right where Obama was. Again I need to remind you in 2016 Trump’s reelect was 46%. I don’t know about you, but I don’t think 2% is that much.

Frankly you would be on far more solid ground if we would elect in 2020 by popular vote. Trump could lose the popular vote in 2020, but he may even increase his electoral vote.

    509. Sheeple, Jr. says:

You gotta love the proficiency of the main stream media–LOL!

    510. dblaikie says:

And frankly the first term average over the 4 years for Obama is skewed because in his appoval was 56.5 and his disapproval 35.5 for a whopping + 20. However in both 2010 and 2011 he tanked and was underwater. In 2012 he was slightly above water by a mere 1.3%. We will see where Trump is at in 2020.

“Democrat Sen. Mike Folmer, 63, was charged with sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography, and criminal use of a communication facility after law enforcement found images of child pornography on Folmer’s cellphone when they executed a search warrant at his Lebanon home.”
